Cook - Food & Nutrition

Under the general supervision of the Food Service Manager, the Cook is responsible for the preparation of food for patients, residents, personnel and special functions.  The Cook instructs kitchen workers concerned with food preparation and is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality food production and portion control, using standardized recipes.  Also responsible for appropriate quantities of food needed to meet menu requirements, and for requisitioning food and supplies for the kitchen from the storeroom. 


F&N Aide - Food & Nutrition

The Food & Nutrition Aide is responsible for meal service to Hillside Manor residents, preparing and serving room service to inpatients, performing routine kitchen service and dish washing duties, as well as food service in the cafeteria, presentation of hot and cold foods, temperature monitoring and documentation, and the cleanliness and sanitation of the above listed areas.



Building Service Worker I - Environmental Services

The BSW I is responsible for the performance of a variety of routine and special cleaning tasks within the facility and out buildings as assigned on a regular or rotating basis, participating in all Environmental Services activities and at times working unsupervised.


Lead Teacher - Kids Care

Plan, coordinate and implement quality learning experiences and care for infants, toddlers, preschool and/or school age children. Create learning environments that are cognitively stimulating and foster children’s emotional, social, physical and cognitive growth utilizing developmentally appropriate practices and educational learning goals based on the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards, developed through classroom observation, and child and program assessments. Teachers are responsible for general supervision, classroom management and overall safety. In addition to comprehensive classroom responsibilities; teachers are responsible for reviewing important decisions with his/her Director/Manager while maintaining positive relationships with parents, children and co-workers. Teachers must follow all state licensing regulations and maintain annual continuing education requirements.
