Support Technician - Physical Therapy

The Support Technician has responsibilities for supporting patient care for inpatient and outpatient Rehabilitation patients and outpatient Wellness clients.  This includes assisting therapists in providing patient care, and computer based reception, registration and scheduling for Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology and Massage Therapy.  Support is also provided for the Sports & Fitness Center, Foot Clinic, Physiatry and Acupuncture.  As a member of the Rehabilitation Services team, the Support Tech is also accountable for participating in quality improvement, problem solving and productivity enhancement.


Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy

Beaver Dam Community Hospital is currently looking to a hire a physical therapist with a passion for orthopedic and women’s health therapy. This position is an expanded role, created to meet the need of the community. It’s a great opportunity for a therapist to build a niche practice in women’s health as well as treat orthopedic patient with a likely 50/50 split between the two specialties. Beaver Dam Community Hospital is an independent community hospital, recently recognized as a Top Rural Hospital by Leapfrog and the first Blue Zones Approved Worksite by the Blue Zones Project Dodge County.  Located within reasonable driving distance from the Madison, Milwaukee, and Fox Cities areas BDCH offers a diverse rural practice.

Occupational Therapist - Occupational Therapy

The Occupational Therapist provides a full range of services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in a team environment consistent with OT qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.  As a member of the Rehab team, the OT is accountable for participating in continuing education, program development, quality improvement, problem solving, and productivity enhancement.
