Activity Aide - Hillside Manor

Along with the Activity Lead, the Activity Aide is responsible for developing and providing daily activities for all residents of Hillside Manor.  This constitutes organizing, supervising and implementing activities which will provide opportunities for all levels of residents and their abilities.


Athletic Trainer - Ortho Clinic

The Athletic Trainer is responsible for preventing, evaluating and treating injuries or illnesses sustained during physical activity, as well as facilitating rehabilitation and physical reconditioning for return to physical activity.  This position works under contracts with high school athletic directors and coaches to provide preventative services and programs, first aid, evaluation and treatment recommendations for student athletes while maintaining a consistent presence at team practices, scheduled events and tournaments.  The Trainer provides programs, trainings and consultations for clients within the Rehabilitation Services Department and Sports and Fitness Center, and also assists the BDCH Sports Medicine physician in the physician clinic with patient visits and care.


Phlebotomist Lead - Lab

The Phlebotomist Lead is an experienced phlebotomist who has demonstrated their ability to perform all job requirements in all phlebotomy areas, has extensive knowledge of phlebotomy skills and operations, strong proficiency in laboratory orderable and performable, specimen processing and accessioning specimen workflows, shows proficiency in LIS functionality, will provide troubleshooting and scheduling staff.  The Phlebotomist Lead must be able to collaboratively work with all clinical members of the BDCH system as well as all external reference laboratory clients.  



Occupational Therapist - Occupational Therapy

The Occupational Therapist provides a full range of services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in a team environment consistent with OT qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.  As a member of the Rehab team, the OT is accountable for participating in continuing education, program development, quality improvement, problem solving, and productivity enhancement.
