Survivorship Series for Young Women Affected by Breast Cancer

As a young woman with breast cancer, you have unique needs and questions. The Survivorship Series for Young Women Affected by Breast Cancer will provide answers and resources on some of the most common concerns for young women diagnosed with breast cancer before the age of 45. Topics include sex and intimacy, early menopause, the long-term effects of treatment and self-care after breast cancer.

All sessions are free and facilitated by a breast health nurse navigator. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.

Each sessions runs from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the BDCH first-floor conference center.
Monday, June 17 - Hot and Bothered (coping with early Menopause)
Tuesday, June 25 - Let’s Talk about Sex and Breast Cancer
Tuesday, July 2 - Managing the Long Term Side Effects of Breast Cancer
Tuesday, July 9 - Self-Care after Breast Cancer
