2019-20 Foundation Initiatives
Beaver Dam Community Hospitals Foundation has set a 2019-20 Annual Fund Drive goal of $400,000. This year, unrestricted funds that are raised will help fund the Hospice Home and other worthy initiatives.

For nearly 30 years, Hillside Hospice has been dedicated to improving quality of life for the terminally ill, supporting patients and their families in making every moment count. We view it as a privilege to provide this care to our communities and provide a unique and complete support system.
Our team includes physicians, nurses, social workers, clergy and volunteers, all sharing the same goal: delivering the compassionate, supportive care families deserve as they celebrate life and say goodbye. We’re proud of our record of service, but we want to do more.
