Dr. Seipel, who has more than two decades of experience, formerly worked at Aurora Health Care in southeast Wisconsin. He earned his medical degree in 1994 from the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW), where he was honored with the Walter P. Blount Award for Orthopaedics. Dr. Seipel served his orthopedic surgical residency at MCW, winning the Resident Research Award and the Leonard Marmor Surgical Arthritis Foundation Award - Resident of the Year Award.

Dr. Seipel provides general orthopedic surgery and sports medicine with a subspecialty in foot and ankle surgery. He served a foot and ankle fellowship in Sydney, Australia, and has a background in physical therapy. He believes in educating his patients, providing them with non-surgical as well as surgical options and involving them in decisions about their treatment.
Dr. Seipel has served as a team physician for the Kenosha Mammoths Baseball Club and for the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, and also has provided athletic coverage for high school teams.
