Hillside Manor is a Medicare/Medicaid certified skilled nursing facility located adjacent to Marshfield Medical Center-Beaver Dam.

The facility focuses on resident-centered care and recognizes that all residents are individuals who need to have choices, control and purpose in life. Residents wake and go to bed when they want and enjoy restaurant-style meals with menu choices. The activity program involves residents with purposeful, fun and entertaining events and projects.

The state-certified nursing assistants and licensed nurses at Hillside Manor work as a team to care for the total person. At Hillside Manor, each resident is acknowledged as an individual. We believe that true quality care is driven by quality of life and is centered on the individual needs and choices of each resident.

Hillside Manor offers long-term care and transitional rehabilitative care (TCU).
