Mammography Services

BDCH is dedicated to delivering the highest quality screening and diagnostic imaging services to area women. Our success in this area is due to our highly qualified, dedicated staff and our commitment to providing our patients access to the latest advances in medical imaging technologies. This commitment is evidenced by our recent addition of a Lorad M-IV mammography system to better assist women in the fight against breast cancer. This new state-of-the-art mammography system has a number of unique features designed to improve image quality, reduce procedure time, and enhance patient comfort.

The Medical Imaging Department at Beaver Dam Community Hospital offers outpatient mammogram services Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. by appointment.

The American Cancer Society’s recommended program for early detection of breast cancer includes annual screening mammograms for women aged 40 and over, along with monthly breast self examinations and annual clinical examinations. BDCH offers mammography services Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by appointment. Our breast health educators, Cathy Oines, RNC and Connie Knight, RN, serve as a resource and are available to answer questions, assist with scheduling additional tests, consultations and breast treatment – they can be reached by calling (920) 887-4334.
