Volunteer Opportunities

10 EASY STEPS TO BECOME A VOLUNTEER

1. Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age (Parental consent is required for volunteers 14-18 years of age).

2. Call (920-887-5988) or e-mail (scupery@bdch.org) the Beaver Dam Community Hospital Volunteer Services department and set up an appointment for an interview, or request additional information before you make your decision.

3. Participate in a personal interview with the Coordinator of Volunteer Services.

4. Complete the Volunteer Application.

5. Attend an orientation session.

6. Submit paperwork for a criminal background check.

7. Have all necessary lab work done through our HealthWorks department.

8. Read, and agree to comply with, all BDCH policies.

9. Be trained for the specific service area in which you’ll volunteer.

10. Begin volunteering!
