Support Groups

Heart to Heart Support Group

This group meets in a supportive environment while providing education, health screenings, and information on heart-related and wellness topics. The support group members choose the topics. Many members are people with existing cardiac problems and/or their spouses. This group meets 10 times a year, usually the 4th week of the month.
