Pulmonary Rehab

The Pulmonary Rehab Program provides treatment for a wide range of lung conditions including emphysema, chronic bronchitis, asthma, and other forms of lung disease. Education and exercise are individually designed for participants to gain independence and confidence by increasing their physical strength and knowledge of lung disease.

A physician referral is required.
