Oncology / Hematology

Beaver Dam Community Hospital provides comprehensive outpatient oncology and hematology services to patients and their families. Our caring, highly-qualified team of oncologists, surgeons, oncology nurses, social workers, dieticians and palliative care professionals work together to provide, close to home, personalized care to each of our patients.

Outpatient Services:
  Consultations/visits with Ooncologists on staff
  Lab, CT, MRI, bone scans, CT guided biopsy
  Administration of IV chemotherapy agents
  Administration of Blood Products   
  Medical procedures related to cancer treatment  
  Consultation and coordination of support services

Location / Hours of Operation
Oncology Services is located on the 2nd floor of the hospital. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.  We are closed holidays.

Referral for Services
Family physicians, surgeons and other hospitals may make patient referrals for outpatient oncology and hematology services at Beaver Dam Community Hospital. Individuals may request a referral by speaking with their physician or by calling the BDCH Oncology/Hematology Services at (920) 887-4105.
