Certified Personnel…
Trained, certified personnel are available to assist the business community to proficiently screen
new employees to ensure the job candidate and the position that they are
applying for are a "good fit." Placing the right individual in the most compatible job for them, both physically and mentally, enhances the work environment for both the employer and the employee.

Flexibility allows all employers to establish the best possible screening program to meet their specific needs. From drug testing to a complete physical exam and everything between, HealthWORKS can provide the service for you. These services are offered in a one-stop-shop model that is designed to satisfy both customers: the employer and the worker.
Maintaining Health…
HealthWORKS is there to help maintain a healthy employee base. Annual physicals, audiometry, pulmonary function, respiratory fit testing, etc. are just a sample of the services that are available to area businesses to help to ensure the proper well-being of the employee on the job. Compliance with OSHA and other governing bodies can be easily attained and documented with the use of annual occupational health testing programs.
On-site group training is also offered in CPR, First Aid, Blood Borne Pathogens and Department of Transportation Supervisory Training.
Work Injury Care…
When workers do experience an injury or incident requiring medical attention, HealthWORKS
will care for the injured employee. HealthWORKS offers support in the work injury care process, often using rehabilitative procedures to enhance the overall recovery of the employee.
