The Memory Care Clinic staff can assist patients and families in dealing with a diagnosis of dementia by providing education and support. The staff can also link patients and families with local community services that will aid them in caring for their loved one.

The Memory Care Clinic offers a comprehensive evaluation for older adults to determine if memory loss is Alzheimer’s disease or some other treatable condition. Early diagnosis and beginning appropriate treatment can benefit individuals with memory loss and their families. Individuals may be referred by their physician, family member or self-referred.
