The Memory Care Clinic is an excellent resource for anyone seeking information about memory loss or memory disorders. Educational materials are available, as well as qualified professionals who can answer questions related to Alzheimer’s Disease and other types of dementia. The Memory Care Clinic staff can assist patients and families in dealing with a diagnosis of dementia by providing education and support. The staff can also link patients and families with local community services that will aid them in caring for their loved one.
Memory loss, when it affects a person’s ability to manage their day to day activities, is not normal. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment can provide significant benefits to persons with memory loss and their families

Memory Care Clinic
offers a comprehensive evaluation for older adults to determine if memory loss is Alzheimer’s disease or some other treatable condition. Early diagnosis and beginning appropriate treatment can benefit individuals with memory loss and their families. Individuals may be referred by their physician, family member or self-referred.
