A very good technique for relaxation and to work the basic aches and pains out. Good for cleansing the immune system. It is suggested that a plentiful supply of water is consumed before and after the massage.

Baby's First Massage
Newborn massage is a powerful, happy way to become acquainted with your newborn. You will be instructed on how to massage and communicate with your baby. This can be taught one on one or in a class setting. Held on Wednesdays from 1:30 - 2:30 at BDCH OB Family Lounge. Call (920) 887-4007 to register.

Pre & Perinatal Massage
Geared for the expectant mothers. This is a great way to nurture the mother-to-be. This will help her to relax, and also relieves the aches and pains of pregnancy.

Stone Massage
This is the ultimate relaxation massage. We use stones warmed to 120 degrees to massage the stress away. This massage will help increase circulation.

30 Minute Massage - $28.00
This time frame is useful when working on a problem area or if you need a soothing back and neck massage.

60 Minute Massage - $44.00
Enough time for a full body massage. Clients can tailorthe session to receive work on areas that need it most.
