Look Good .... Feel Better

BDCH has partnered with the American Cancer Society to offer “Look Good … Feel Better” a free program designed for women with cancer who are currently receiving or have recently completed active treatment.

A trained volunteer cosmetologist will teach you helpful hints and beauty techniques to deal with the appearance-related effects of cancer treatment using cosmetics and skin care products donated by the cosmetic industry. Free cosmetic kits provided in this group session enhance all complexion types.

Women also learn ways to disguise hair loss with wigs, scarves, and other accessories. Many different styles will be on hand. Program will be offered monthly.
