Hillside Lifeline

How can you subscribe to lifeline?
Lifeline is offered through the Beaver Dam Community Hospital's discharge planning department. Those who live alone or who have serious illnesses are given first priority to the available equipment. Once a subscriber is accepted, volunteer and staff install the special communication equipment in the subscriber's home and provide instructions on how to use the system. After the installation, volunteers will phone the subscriber each month to make sure the equipment is working properly and to answer any questions.
