Hillside Lifeline

What is Lifeline?
Lifeline is an emergency response program sponsored by Dodge Health Service, and affiliated with Beaver Dam Community Hospital. The program allows elderly or disabled individuals to live alone, yet be reassured that help is only a phone call away.

The program is designed so that subscribers push a personalized response button in case of an emergency. This signal for help triggers a call to Beaver Dam Community Hospital through special telephone equipment. When hospital staff receive the call, they take immediate action and call the subscriber. If there is no answer, personal responders are contacted to go to the subscribers home and check on the situation. And within minutes, emergency help is on the way.
