Hillside Hospice - Refuge on a Journey

The majority of Hospice services occur in the client's home. However there may be times that this is not possible. In those cases, Hospice works with the client and family to identify where the client's needs can best be met. Hospice is able to care for clients that choose to reside in nursing homes or other group homes.
