Hundreds of years ago, "Hospice" meant a place of refuge for the weary traveler.

Today, the word means refuge of a different sort... for those traveling a different road. Today, "Hospice" means refuge and support for people with terminal illness; for those making life's final journey.

As in any journey, the kind of help you need depends on the road you travel, and on your personal goals. That's why Hillside Hospice is dedicated to personal choice.
