Hillside Home Care

Hillside Home Care provides medical and/or personal care right in the privacy and comfort of your own home, allowing you to retain independence and stay in the familiar environment of your home. A physician must order the service. Your Home Care Nurse will consult your physician on a regular basis to coordinate your plan of care home. Home care services include:

Skilled Nursing
In regularly scheduled visits, Registered Nurses provide wound care, ostomy and catheter care, intravenous therapy, patient education, medication and health monitoring, as ordered by your physician. Registered Nurses are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for extra consultation or visits needed in addition to your regular visits by your home care nurse.

Home Health Aides
Certified Nursing Assistants come to your home to assist with personal grooming and bathing, if such help is needed. Your nursing assistant receives direction from your home care nurse and provides care and assistance according to your individual plan of care.

Physical / Occupational / Speech Therapy
A personal therapy program can be set up in your home following a physician's order. Your therapist will consult with your home care nurse in regard to your plan of care. Your progress in therapy will be reported to your home care nurse and physician on a regular basis.
