Cardiac Rehab

Cardiac Rehab is a comprehensive medically-supervised program that is designed to help people with heart disease reach their highest level of wellness. The cardiac rehab program at BDCH is nationally certified and provides cardiac monitoring, supervised exercise, lifestyle education, and psychosocial support to people who have had a heart attack, heart surgery, or certain other heart conditions.

A physician referral is required.
