Beaver Dam Community Hospital and Agnesian Health Care have collaborated to
open a new dialysis services unit to serve patients and end-stage renal dialysis
services. The Beaver Dam Dialysis Center is located at 110 Monroe Street in
Beaver Dam with convenient access from Hiighway 151.
The center features nine dialysis stations, along with the most current
technology and highest quality of clinical care.

treatments and offer information on peritoneal dialysis and renal transplantation.
This multidisciplinary healthcare team - which brings together the skills of
primary care physicians from the community, nurses, dietitians, pastoral care
and social workers - use a coordinated approach which most effectively manages
the total healthcare needs of renal patients.
Hemodialysis removes wastes and excess fluids from the blood. About three times a week
at a location convenient to home and work, renal patients on dialysis are connected to volumetric machines, offering comfortable treatment with few side effects.
Nephrologist - Board-Certified, Competent, and Caring
David Yuan, MD, our board-certified nephrologist, sees patients with
kidney-related illnesses and helps them effectively manage their total
healthcare needs. He provides primary and consulting services to patients with a
variety of kidney-related conditions. Dr. Yuan earned his medical degree from
Beijing Medical University in Beijing, China, completed his internal medicine
residency and internship at Danbuty Hospital in Danbury, Connecticut, and also
completed a fellowship in nephrology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
He is certified in nephrology and internal medicine by the American Board of
Internal Medicine.
