Located in a residential area in the city of Beaver Dam, Remembrance Home Dementia Specific CBRF is state licensed for 19 beds. The facility provides a safe, home-like environment with lighting and décor designed to be calming with the needs of the resident’s in mind. Delicious meals are cooked on site and residents have easy access to an enclosed yard with patio area where walking paths have been incorporated.

Each resident bedroom contains a twin bed, bedside table, dresser and chair. Each room also has private bathroom facilities, central heating and air conditioning, telephone and cable hook-up, window with a window seat, linens, plenty of closet space
