Eagle's WingsThank you for your interest in Eagle's Wings, a community-based residential facility (CBRF) serving older adults. A CBRF is a community living facility that provides room and board, supervision, and supportive services to persons who are unable to live independently in the community. It is intended to be as "home-like" as possible enabling residents to attain their highest level of independence.Eagle's Wings is licensed by the state of Wisconsin as a "class C CBRF," which means that various levels of care can be provided including assistance with bathing, dressing, and other activities of daily living. Older adults who require assistive devices such as walkers or wheelchairs can also enjoy living as independently as possible at Eagle's Wings. The care at Eagle's Wings is provided by competent, trained professionals who truly care for each resident’s personal needs. A registered nurse oversees the day-to-day operation of the facility and the monitoring of each resident’s medications. Meals are prepared on-site and served family style. Activities are tailored to each individual’s interests and designed to promote socialization, companionship, and the highest degree of dignity. The resident may bring furniture, television, telephone and other items from their own home to help create a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. Hook-up for telephone and cable television is available in each room. Linens and housekeeping are provided by the facility. Each room contains a private bathroom.
