Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m.– 5:30 p.m.
Sunday 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Holidays 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Just $45 per visit, including lab services
(You pay at the time of the visit, and we will bill your insurance for reimbursement.)

Monospots - Pregnancy tests – Rapid strep tests – TB skin tests – Urinalysis

Conditions treated
Allergies (6 years and older) – Athlete’s foot
Bladder infections (females 12 years and older)
Camp physicals – Cold & flu symptoms – Cold sores – Ear infections
Impetigo – Insect bites – laryngitis – Minor burns and rashes
Minor sunburn – Mononucleosis – Pharyngitis – Poison ivy (3 years and older)
Ringworm – Sinus infections (5 years and older) – Sore throat
Styes – Swimmer’s ear – Upper respiratory infections

Patients must be 18 months or older.
Some age restrictions exist for select services.
